Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
Long-term rentals for low to moderate income families. We have 3 and 4 bedroom homes available, located in Mims, Titusville and Port St. John.
New Construction in Cocoa
We offer affordable single family units/condos/townhouses for low to moderate income families.

A low dependency care center for the post-hospitalized homeless in Brevard County. This unit is a four bed facility with handicap accessible ramps and bathroom. Offered as a service to area hospitals who may send approved clients on a referral basis. Allows for a short-term recovery period at a reduced cost and clients are assisted in developing a plan for self-sufficiency. Included in the program are:
